Hi @LilJoe and welcome to the forums. 👋🏻

While I don't have any hands on experience installing the Snom PA1, you will be pleased to hear that installation looks rather straight forward. Start by reading through this document. Look on page 9 where it talks about Connecting the PA1. Basically, the speaker connects to the Snom PA1 via push on terminals as shown in attachment image below.

There is no one speaker fits all kind answer unfortunately so pick whatever one fits your budget. Just make sure that you choose one that is suitable for the environment you intend on installing it in.
