Hi All, I have a Snom 360 which has been as solid as a rock and never had any problems.

Last week when the service dropped out for 10 / 15 min I noticed the following.

The clock on the display has disappeared however everything else is there and the pixels have not died.

The date is wrong

Has anyone else had the same problem?

This sounds like your phone is failing to successfully obtain the time from a timeserver.

If you access the phones interface and click on Advanced on the left, what do you see in the NTP Time Server box? try setting it to ntp.voipfone.net
