I'm sure this is a config problem as it affects 3 off Snom 300 Deskphones identically, and has for the 5 years since they were installed. Phones are all running snom300- firmware, and work perfectly except for getting calls back from being On Hold. If an inbound call is answered, then put On Hold, and then attempted to be retrieved, it goes One Way Transmission inbound, that is, the person answering the call can hear the caller but not vice versa.
The broadband checks out fine for jitter, ping, upload / download speed. ALG is turned off in the router.
