Hello. I have a site with a Paxton net2 door phone, it registers on the broadsoft platform via a reseller, and will ring through to deskphone , if a single user then there is speech and works as expected but if it rings a hunt group , then as soon as someone answers on the deskphone the call is disconnected/dropped. Anyone able to offer assistance on getting it to work?
