I have written a new how to and provided links to the SIP firmware that is required to flash the phones for use with SIP/VoIP here: Cisco IP Phones 79xx Series SIP/VoIP Firmware Files

No sorry I do not have them any more, I gave up on these phones a while ago. They may work with a SIP client when they have the SIP based firmware loaded on to them but they are far from SIP friendly. You can purchase SIP phones now for around the same price if not cheaper price of one of the Cisco 79xx!

You can find the older Cisco SPA phones on ebay cheap as chips, they are SIP based phones and a lot easier to setup, configure and use.

Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear.
