Recently when trying to log into my SNOM 320 using the IP address I get the following message.

This request requires a secure connection Please ask your system administrator to check the lcs log file.

The only changes I have made recently is moving my telephone and broadband from SKY to O2.

Yes they are both connected to the same network,

Problem solved. . . I simply changed 'http' to 'https' in the url bar, then authorised the connection (as administrator) in the warning window that popped up within firefox.

You should be able to log into it providing the computer you are trying to access it on, is connected to the same network/router as the handset - Is this the case?
