Hi,

We're getting quite a few comments from callers saying that we're very quiet and difficult to hear. We have three new grandstream GXP2000 phones.

Any ideas?

While on a call, press the UP and DOWN keys until desired volume is reached. Be careful not to increase the volume too much as it may introduce echo to the person you are talking to.

After doing a bit of searching through google it appears to be a general complaint in the use of this particular handset.

We have the same handset and currently don't have this problem. We were warned by a few people before purchasing that it would cause a few problems, but, for some reason, we had none. As said above, try using the up and down arrows to increase sound and see if that works well.
