Hi,
I am looking softphone which has functionality of protected settings from user.
Example:-
If Admin configure softphone for user, say autoanswer active.
Admin put some protection for that configuration/settings.
When user uses that softphone, he or she can not change any small configuration or settings. means he or she can not de-active auto-answer functionality by any condition.

Question:-
1. Is this type of softphone available in market?
2. Free (just free to use or open source) or paid?

Need help!

Try this: http://tomeko.net/software/SIPclient/, report problems if something is working as expected as this is very new option.
1. Configure softphone correctly and according to user preferences (this would block MOST of the settings, even default position on the screen). Auto answer is in "Calls" tab.
2. Check "Hide settings" in "General" tab.
3. Protect tSIP.json from writing by user (remove write rights for this file from user). Protect exe file also, but if user is skilled he will find a way to bypass any simple protection like this.

To edit settings either remove write protection, manually change "HideSettings" in tSIP.json to false, run softphone and edit settings or perhaps edit settings file directly (it is relatively clean, JSON editor would be recommended).

I'm guessing your users are turning auto answer off - at least give them second or two (e.g. min delay = 2000ms, max delay = 2000ms in settings) to prepare for call by adding delay before auto answer.
