Hi,
I have a 2.5mbs internet connection with BT. I am using a BT 2wire (2701 HGC-C) as the router with 2 computers plugged in (very little internet use) and 3 Cisco IP phones (SPA504G)
I am using the Voipfone PBX system for my phone calls but every now and again the call becomes very poor quality at my end. I can't hear what the other person is saying as it becomes distorted. I think the caller can hear me just fine.
Are there any settings I can make on the router to improve this or at least make sure that the voip takes priority over other data?
Cheers
Bryan
