Hello :-D

You should be able to adjust the TX and the RX gain on your telephone(s) to compensate for the low audio however, before you alter any of the phones configuration it's worth looking at your IVR recordings as those are likely to be the cause. Are you using your own custom recordings and if so, how did you record them?
