There have been many posts on various forums over the years from people that claim to have Voipfone up and running with 3CX but all the posts that I have come across have failed to offer any in-depth configuration information. Have you tried asking Voipfone and if so what did they say?
In the past it's all been a bit of a catch 22 situation because 3CX won't help as they charge the provider a fee to test the network and setup templates and Voipfone probably doesn't want to pay a fee as they have their own PBX Service and rather their customer base use that. Fingers crossed that has changed!
