If by unbranded you mean, with signs or stickers, then yes they are unbranded. Otherwise, please specify.

Some of the Snom phones come with custom branded firmware, Vodafone being one. While such phones are usually supplied locked to whoever supplied them, if unlocked, the custom firmware usually remains along with any custom on screen branding and sometimes firmware updates are restricted.

No, these are stock models, that have been provisioned from a local IP host. They'll work with any firmware you want to put on them.
