The main difference with the 821 and the 820 is that the 821 is Gigabit and the 820 is Fast Ethernet 10/100. Other than that, they look identical apart from the model number.
It’s a fantastic quality phone and in this colour it looks great in an office or at home!
The handset is as new. It was configured for a project, repacked in the original box and packaging, but never used. The serial number on the box will match the phone and you will receive a working phone.
