My UK telephone that i am using is the Panasonic wireless Phone KX-TG2721EB - With the Obihai200 with googleTalk.
Can someone please send me details how to setup my Obihai 200 to make and recieve free calls to USA and UK

Google Talk, you mean Google Voice? If it's Google Voice then it isn't available in the UK and as such it's unlikely that anyone here can help you. Google Talk is an instant messaging service that provides both text and voice communication and the app won't work with the OBi200 as far as I know (I avoid google email, chat and voice products personally so not my speciality).

Try asking over on the Obihai Forum as their US based and offer Google Voice support.

Sure, you can find the required uk settings for your OBi200 here and here.

If you have an OBi200 here in the UK and a second OBi200 in the US then you can place free calls between each device using the OBiTALK network, no other VoIP service is required or needed.
