A custom PK insert label template suitable for the OBi1000e sidecar. This template was created with Microsoft Word 2017.

Instructions:

1. Download the zip file containing the template file here.
2. Open the template file using Microsoft Word
3. Edit the template to suit your requirements
4. Print the modified template
5. Cut along the dotted lines for a perfect fit
6. Slide the PK label into the sidecar slot

Phone Configuration:
Navigate to the IP Phone > Side Car X page and configure to meet your own requirements. Don't forget to save the new configuration and reboot the phone.
