The following guide will help configure Grandstream adapter with your port5060.net account.
IMPORTANT: Before you start configuring the device, make sure it has the latest firmware installed and preform a factory reset. Once you have done that, proceed...
To configure your Grandstream HT812 you'll need your port5060 SIP Proxy, Username, Password and STUN Server information. Don't know them?

For the purpose of this guide I am going to use the following dummy information:
Now that you have updated your Grandstream HT812's firmware, factory reset it and have your Port5060.net account information to hand you need to login to the HT812's web GUI. To do this, simply open your browser of choice (e.g. Chrome) and enter the IP address of your Grandstream HT812 in the URL field. You will be prompted to login as shown in the image below.
*Default login username and password is admin/admin.
Now configure the device as shown below...
ADVANCED SETTINGS
Click on the "Update" button on the bottom of the page...
PROFILE 1
Click on the "Update" button on the bottom of the page...
FXS PORTS
Configure "Port 1" as follows:
Click on the "Update" button on the bottom of the page...
Finally click on the "Apply" button on the bottom of the page. Your device will now reboot and register with your port5060.net account. Login to your Port5060.net account and confirm that the device status is showing "Online".
That's it! You have successfully configured your Grandstream HT812 with Port5060.net. Now go make some calls!

- Profile Active: Yes
- Primary SIP Server: sip-1.rdg.uk.voipsvr.net
- Outbound Proxy: sip-1.rdg.uk.voipsvr.net
- NAT Traversal: STUN
- Register Expiration: 60
Click on the "Update" button on the bottom of the page...
FXS PORTS
Configure "Port 1" as follows:
- SIP User ID: p123-p123craig123
- Authenticate ID: p123-p123craig123
- Password: 12345678
- Enable Port: Yes
Click on the "Update" button on the bottom of the page...
Finally click on the "Apply" button on the bottom of the page. Your device will now reboot and register with your port5060.net account. Login to your Port5060.net account and confirm that the device status is showing "Online".
That's it! You have successfully configured your Grandstream HT812 with Port5060.net. Now go make some calls!
