Dear XXXXX
Unfortunately a criminal organisation is again attempting to disrupt our service with a DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) attack.
We are taking measures to deal with this, but in the meantime, if your phones stop working for a while, please bear with us — we’re doing our best to resolve it.
We’ll try to keep you informed throughout, although as the attackers are reading these messages we have to restrict what we say. Our status page is here:

Not all our customers will be affected, but as a precaution, you might wish to set your phones to automatically failover to the PSTN or mobile networks:
Master account diverts can be set here: https://my.voipfone.co.uk/#!/services/diverts/main
Extension diverts can be set here: https://my.voipfone.co.uk/#!/services/pbx/diverts
Police and intelligence agencies have been informed.
Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding; we won’t be beaten by these criminals.
