It depends largely on your setup. If you can get away with using a normal VoIP handset I would strongly suggest you do that, as they're usually cheaper and don't get interferences.

If, however, you need the convenience a Wifi handset provides, such as letting you walk around the room, get some documentation you need from another room, etc. I would recommend a Wifi handset. I wouldn't just buy a cheap one, though, if you're going to commit to Wifi handsets, I'd suggest buying a good one, such as the Linksys WIP300 or the Cisco 7920, both of them have good quality signal and should give you little to no trouble.
