IP phones have more or less the same features. The only thing that seperates them is the call quality, connectivity and looks. The top 5 phones in my opinion are:
Grandstream Budgetone 102
Siemens Gigaset C450IP
LinkSys SPA942
Snom 300
Polycom SoundPoint IP 301

Snom 300 was/is a very good phone although it's starting to show it's age now.

The Linksys SPA942 was also a top phone in it's hay day although these have been replaced by the Cisco SPA502G which again is a very good phone. I don't think much of the others personally.
