Well you can't they are not doing anything illegal, they are just optimizing their time. In fact you should thank that auto responder messages because that's what lets you be attended in time, because if a company would want to give attendance to every costumer in a decent period they would need loads and loads of attendants to deal with all the costumers. And sometimes there are issues that can be solved with an auto responder! :P

But if you are really not comfortable with that I'm pretty sure that there are some independant entities that deal with those kind of issues related to costumer service not being well provided. At least here in my country we have 2 of those!
