The Facebook Hello app was released for Android back in April. It incorporates the access Facebook has to our contact information into a dialer. Have any of you used this app? What do you think of it?

Yes, I heard about it. Now I have no idea at what stage this is.

It connects with Facebook allowing to see who is calling, block unwanted calls and also search for people and places. It is a multi usage application. You can easily locate new places like restaurants, theaters etc and you can do your bookings without leaving the application.

Huh, that seems interesting! I'm not sure I would get much out of it, as not many people tie their phone number to their Facebook accounts. Also, I'm not that keen on giving Facebook yet another way of monitoring what I do. It's enough that they are already omnipresent around the Internet, tracking my every move.

Basically having all FB contacts in the phone can be really practical. Also the fact that we can locate restaurants and so on is pretty neat. All in all, is one more app that makes my life easier.

facebook contacts on your phone; wow that will be a lot, however i think it's a pretty sweet app. and no i have not used the app but i think i might check it out, see if it can beat whatsapp.

I have not heard of this app even though I use Andriod phone. Is this app an official app from facebook? If the user has provided phone number, we can also call the user from messanger. How different is it from messenger? How different is this app from viber?

Is this app still being used? It's like Facebook Messenger no? But with the option of calling your contacts whenever they have a phone number attached to their profile?
