Hi All,

New to this.

Wanted some advice...

I'm looking for an auto attendant system which when someone calls will say message:
"Thank you for calling xyz company, please press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts etc..."

Business only has one line and needs only one extension.

Ideally need something that if call unanswered for certain period of time, it will go to voicemail.

Any advice on which piece of kit is best for this?

Thanks

Check out FreePBX. https://www.freepbx.org

It costs nothing and can be installed on almost any old desktop PC, raspberry PI, VPS or dedicated server allowing you to setup an IVR of any size to suit your needs.
