Are forwarded calls covered by my call package?

They look appealing but I have two questions of my own:

1. What does the asterisk imply (I'm guessing plus VAT)?
2. Also, I couldn't find any information regarding any fair use policy, anyone know if these inclusive calls are limited or unlimited and if unlimited, what is their fair use policy?

I did send an email to Sipgate, so far no response!

UPDATE 26/09/2017: I can see that "* All prices incl. VAT." is now clearly displayed in the footer. I'm sure that wasn't there when I looked at the time I submitted this post!
