We are thinking of outsourcing some calls once we reach peak response levels within our office.
i.e. once all lines in the office are busy then the next call that hits the IVR and goes into a Queue gets diverted off to a specialised call answering company.
Is this possible with Voipfone?
We use IVR / Call Qs and Call Groups if that is pertinent.
