I have recently changed over to VOIP with Fibrus which is a Northern Ireland based company and would like to know if it is possible to access Ring Back When Busy on VOIP.
I was able to dial 5 on the old land line when I rang a number and received the busy tone and my phone rang when the line became free.
Is there a similar facility on VOIP (either free or through subscription) and if not does anyone know if there is any similar option available on a Mobile.
I would be very dependant on it when trying to book a doctor's appointment as the Medical Centre phone is always busy.
