Well, with VoiceHost you can!
I needed to report an incident yesterday (non-emergency) and for the first time ever needed to call the police on their new non-emergency 101 number. As I no longer have any PSTN lines in my home (i'm now 100% VoIP), I wasn't sure if I make the call over my home VoIP line or if I should use my mobile phone (can you call 101 from a mobile phone?).
Anyway, after dialling 101 on my Gigaset C430H handset (registered to VoiceHost), I was pleasantly surprised to hear it ring! I was greeted by an automated system that stated the following:
